A seguito di una pratica clinica decennale con pazienti tossicodipendenti ed alcolizzati in un ambulatorio, Tamara Landau ha condotto una ricerca di trent\u2019anni sull\u2019origine della dipendenza dal cibo con pazienti donne anoressiche e bulimiche in analisi.<\/span><\/p>\n

Con il passare del tempo, ha scoperto che le cause di questa dipendenza erano angosce inconsce legate a reminiscenze della loro vita fetale. Ci\u00f2 l\u2019ha portata ad elaborare le teorie dell\u2019Enclave e dell\u2019Albero Rovesciato, che permettono di capire e trattare i disturbi alimentari con una terapia analitica.<\/span><\/p>\n

In seguito, una ricerca clinica con donne incinte e coppie in attesa di una fecondazione medicalmente assistita le ha permesso di avvicinarsi all\u2019origine dell\u2019angoscia di morte legata ai traumi endogeni vissuti da tutte le madri durante la gravidanza e il parto.<\/p>\n

Quindi Tamara Landau raccomanda di ascoltare le angosce e fantasie materne inconsce delle donne incinte o sterili, un ascolto che contribuisce a prevenire certi incidenti di gravidanza (aborti, parti prematuri e tagli cesarei) e certi disturbi psichici e comportamentali che posso manifestarsi nel bambino, nell\u2019adolescente e, pi\u00f9 tardi, nell\u2019adulto.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tamara Landau \u00e8 impegnata in un dialogo con diversi ricercatori dell\u2019I.N.S.E.R.M. e del C.N.R.S. sui temi legati alle sue ipotesi, al fine di trovare punti di contatto fra la psicanalisi e le neuroscienze.<\/p>\n
